Massage therapy and/or Bodywork is a manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons, and ligaments) to enhance a person's health and well-being. 


Energy Work is a set of techniques originating from ancient traditions and recent discoveries that are used to manipulate the bioenergy of the patient to restore harmony or remove blockages from within the body.
